yeux sur toi

It is funny. I have learned in school about sleep patters and deprivation and so on. And I was shocked to learn that you can 'catch up' on sleep. This is not an urban myth. Your body will actually catch up on sleep if you can allow it. Today I experienced this. I have been doing really long day lately, and not sleeping long at all. This morning I didn't even hear Bren get up for work. I woke up at 830am, ate breakfast, and then went back to sleep until now (2:45pm).
I feel AMAZING
