So my font decided to be blue today?  I don't mind.  I am not sure how this happened, but I am going to go with it.  

If we remember this fall, Brennan and I were lucky enough to see two secret Feist shows.  At the latter of the two, she told the 45 people there that they were recording this to be part of a live dvd that would include a movie that Kevin Drew was filming of her and The Water.

SO I have long been anticipating this movie, AND it is HERE!!

I am going to share my opinions on the upcoming fashions / fads for this season.... 

1) Bollywood .... let me express my love for authentic bollywood before the pussy cat dolls further bastardize it.   They have stated their intentions to delve further into this genre of film/dance/ music .... and i am so concerned for that outcome

either way let it be known... michelle loves bollywood

2) A well structured black blazer that preferably has a coloured satin liner so that you can roll the sleeves up to the elbow

3) burn out tshirt or tank top..... with a plain black american apparel black bra underneath

3)high wasted, bright skirts.... i KNOW ... i know! we have been dealing with this for seasons... still ... i'll say its more intersted because instead of block colours we have moved onto block patterns

4) Leather bommer jacket... i'll save you the picture post.... black black black... brown if you must... i say black

5) Shoes? I have a few options from early spring to late spring to summer

Urban outfitters has these really simplistic sandles that are so simple and so cute... perfect when its too hot to care about what is on your feet

I think they are cuter in person... they are soooo must have 

• The second shoe... a plain moccasin shoes ... not the boots ... i am looking for a nice brown pair since I got a cute black pair last season.... they are totally perfect for early spring
  
• Plain biway inspired canvas shoes ! every colour! amazing

6) Pink based red lipstick.... girls, girls, girls... I am going to lend you a makeup trick.  You think you can't pull off red lipstick because your lips are too ____ (thin, big, small etc).... there is a loop hole... when we think red lips we think gwen stefani? marilyn monroe? they wore blue based red lipstick (think big apple red, or russian red)... cold colours... no no no no no..... those colours are for girls with perfect lips ... the rest of us have pink/yellow based reds! which are amazing! you will be a changed woman.  Try Shiseido ....
